1) Create the company (Brand Kit)
Go to Company Profile and click New.
  • Fill in company name, tagline, vision, mission, industry, address, phone numbers, and social links.
  • Add brand manual sections (voice, do/don’t, messaging, imagery, fonts, etc.).
  • Add brand colors using the color picker (these get used in content prompts).
2) Logo workflow (required for content)
Upload the original logo, then confirm it matches, then create a working logo copy.
  • Content Lube always uses the workinglogo copy for content generation/publishing.
  • Nothing is saved until you hit Review & Saveand confirm.
3) Generate content (5 samples)
Go to Create.
  • Select the company (Create pulls in the full brand kit).
  • Choose what you’re creating: social posts or email signatures.
  • Enter why you need the content + choose platforms + optional video.
  • Click Generate to get exactly 5 samples.
  • Use Review & Save to store the request and samples.
4) Get client approval (max 3 selections)
From Create, generate an approval link and email it to the client.
  • The client can approve up to 3options, and they always see how many selections are left.
  • Client can leave notes per sample. Those notes can be used to regenerate improved samples.
5) Schedule it
Use Calendar to schedule posts by platform and date/time.
6) Publish and track
Use Publish to copy platform-ready text and log when it’s posted. Social links are shown so you can jump straight to the right account.
7) Review performance (Analytics)
Analytics summarizes activity and output. If you enable real User Accounts later, we can make it fully per-user with stronger permissions.
8) Audit + approvals (Reports)
Reports includes the audit trail and approval status over time.
Tip
If you want the app to send approval emails automatically (instead of opening an email draft), we can wire up Resend.
